Our Commitment

ge7777 believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — and entertainment is enjoyable only when experienced responsibly. We want every member to see gaming as a hobby, not as a means of earning money.

Responsible gaming means staying aware of your budget and time. On the ge7777 platform we have provided several tools and guidelines to help you maintain healthy and enjoyable gaming habits. Read this page, stay informed, and contact us whenever you need.

Remember: Gambling is a financially risky activity. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. ge7777 always supports responsible gaming.

Our Protection Tools

ge7777 provides these essential tools to keep your gaming experience safe.

Session Time-Out

Take a break from gaming for a set period on your own terms — set a session time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. Your account will be locked automatically during the break.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break, use the self-exclusion feature. We offer the option to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. It cannot be reversed while active.

Gaming History Review

View your complete gaming history and details of all deposit and withdrawal transactions at any time. Understand your gaming patterns with full transparency.

ge7777 strictly verifies 21+ age. Valid identification is checked at registration. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and accounts are suspended immediately in suspicious cases.

Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

If any of the signs below apply to you, take a break immediately and seek help. The first step toward responsible gaming is knowing yourself.

  • Repeatedly playing to recover money that has been lost
  • Hiding your gaming from family or friends
  • Gaming while neglecting daily responsibilities or family
  • Betting or borrowing money beyond your means
  • Trying to stop gaming but failing to do so
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
  • Using gaming to cope with stress or sadness

Golden Rules for Safe Gaming

Following these simple principles keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.

1

Set Your Budget in Advance

Allocate a fixed amount of money before each session. When it is gone, stop gaming — whether you win or lose.

2

Respect Your Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Use a timer and take regular breaks.

3

Keep a Clear Head

Do not game while drinking alcohol or under excessive stress. Making decisions with a clear mind is always better.

4

Gaming Is Entertainment, Not Investment

Never think of gaming as a source of regular income. Enjoy a win, learn from a loss.

Set Your Own Limits Yourself

ge7777 gives you full control over your own gaming experience. The tools below are completely free and can be used at any time from your account settings.

Daily Limit

Set the maximum amount you will deposit each day. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted automatically.

Weekly Limit

Set the maximum total deposit amount within seven days. Budget only from what remains after family and essential expenses.

Monthly Limit

Set your monthly gaming budget and avoid unnecessary spending. Build a financially mindful gaming habit over the course of the year.

Permanent Closure

If you want to stop gaming completely, choose permanent self-exclusion. This decision is brave and entirely respectable.

Contact our 24/7 live chat support to set limits or apply for self-exclusion, or write to us at [email protected]. The minimum deposit limit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Protection of Minors

ge7777 strictly does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to access the gaming platform. Age verification is mandatory at registration. If you have children or teenagers in your household, take the following steps to protect them from accessing online gaming platforms:

  • Lock your device with a PIN or password
  • Log out of the ge7777 app or browser session
  • Never share your login details with children
  • Keep parental controls enabled on children's devices
  • Report any suspicious access to support immediately

If you suspect someone has opened an account while being underage, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat immediately. We will investigate the account and take the necessary action.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about responsible gaming.

When you activate self-exclusion, your account is closed for a set period (6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During this time you will not be able to deposit, bet, or log in. An active self-exclusion cannot be cancelled — you may only apply to reopen your account once the period has ended.

Yes, however if you apply to increase your deposit limit there is a 72-hour (3-day) waiting period. This delay is intentional so that decisions are not made on impulse. Reducing the limit, however, takes effect immediately.

If you feel someone close to you has developed a gaming problem, speak with them directly and with compassion. Listen without judgement and encourage them to seek help. Our support team is ready to hear third-party concerns as well — contact us at [email protected].

You should withdraw any balance in your account before applying for self-exclusion. If a balance remains after the account is closed, it will be kept safe and can be withdrawn once the account is reopened after the period ends.

ge7777 is open only to individuals aged 21 or older. Age verification is mandatory at registration. No one under 21 may register or play, and this is our firm policy.

If you find it hard to stop gaming, feel the urge to keep playing to recover lost money, neglect family or daily responsibilities, or lie about your gaming — it is time to take notice. Review the warning signs listed at the top of this page and contact us if needed.
